Proper form for barbell lifts including:
Back Squat
Deadlift
Bench Press
Overhead Press
Bent Over Row


FORMAT

DAY ONE - April 4th
Meet in TheFTR from 6-7:30pm
This session will focus on progressing the back squat and deadlift

DAY TWO - April 11th
Meet in TheFTR from 6-7:30pm
This session will focus on progressing the bench press, overhead press and bent over row

>> This camp is designed to introduce you to the weight room and help you find your 1 rep max so you can effectively measure your progress in your own training.
